About Us

Robco Specialities, Inc. is a third generation owned business established in the 1930s in Albany, NY. The business is located at 103 North Lake Avenue, formerly the first building owned by AJ Eckert Mechanical Contractors. Doug Roberts bought the business from his father-in-law, Alexander Mitchell in 1976. Al was the first manufacturer's representative for PL&G a plumbing and heating company in Albany, NY. Ken Roberts, the current owner, took over the business in 2003 and continues to work out of the same building.

Robco has a completely renovated training facility where we hold seminars showcasing the equipment that we represent. We teach our clientele first hand how our equipment operates and provide expert advice and guidance on all of our products.
